Yes you can , but tioc is not having fd or fr by default it need ai nvr to do Face recognition with database and trigger camera relay to open the door

you can remove sdcard and check via PC to check if there are files workable or card is corrupt

NVR5-EI by default in enabled AcuPick -- you need to change the AI mode -- it will reboot and then you can use normal

Yes its true -- because AI function need processing and computing resources and IP camera also need these resources -- so thats why it is limitation in analogue system yet -- but i believe there will soon models (highend products) which can support IPC AI functions in XVR
